Close Procedure

Lock & check all facilities for any issues, and remove all litter

Squash Courts - Check for spillages, & that lights & fans are off & doors locked

Outdoor Courts - Check lights are off and gates locked

Sportshall - Put equipment away, check for spillages & litter, then turn off lights

Female Toilets - Changing Rooms & Showers, and restock toilet paper & soap if needed

Male Toilets - Changing Rooms & Showers, and restock toilet paper & soap if needed

Dance Studio - Check for spillages and litter, turn off lights and lock door

Gymnasium - Check for spillages and litter, turn off lights and check all three doors are shut and locked

Astro - Check for litter and return goals to storage areas. Lock gates and turn off lights before 10pm

Outdoor Changing Rooms - Fri,Sat & Sun - make sure the changing rooms are clean and ready to be returned to the school on monday

Close down process

Sweep & mop stairs, landings and reception. put wet floor signs in place

Sweep and mop behind reception

Empty bins and replace bin bags if required

Fri to Sunday - ensure the outdoor changing rooms have been cleaned and team name signs removed as required

Close shutters, turn off lights and lock doors

Make sure all future bookings taken during the shift have been entered correctly

Check all payments have been taken

complete cash up process ensuring all reports are printed and receipts collated and entered into the file
